Obviously the GBA has better graphics and sound quality. From a gameplay standpoint I would say it holds up pretty well. As time goes on, improvements are made on classic gameplay so one should expect newer systems to have better games. It's not always the case but in-general. I do have favorites in both in terms of gameplay but I'd rather play my GBA games.

GBA games are so much better since they have better graphix but GBC has a better storyline in there games.

GBA is better than GBC because it has better games since the graphics improved and the L and R button is handy for some games like Metroid Fusion.

GBA games are better, in terms of graphics, complexity, color and technology. GBC games are not that bad as well. its the storyline that matters most isnt it?

kinda hard to choose.. i love the GBC for their games.. and the GBA for their graphics...but.. im more on games.. so its the GBC for me..

I have go and agree with everyone GBA is better in story in their rpgs and graphics. Not much of a difference, but sometimes the games on GBA has better graphics. If you are to look at the pokemon games you can tell the difference.

Seeing how most GBA games are sequels from other games released (or ports, mainly ports... seeing how Nintendo basicly ported most SNES games into it), I'd go for the original GameBoy. Which means, not Colour even.
