The Final Fantasy X ending made me cry.The sadness was sparked when Tidus began fading.Wow what a beautiful and powerful ending that was.An excelent conclusion to an excelent game.

Sometimes I've felt saddened later in a game if the storyline is good, but never cried during it. My girlfriend on the other hand shed a few tears when Nei was killed by Neifirst in Phantasy Star 2, Aeris from Final Fantasy 7, and Final Fantasy 10.

There were times when a game has made me a little emotional but not cry, such as Chrono Cross, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy X, but not cry. Those games were moving because of their characters and good storyline, but not enough to make a guy weep.
Yeah, Shadow of the Colossus was pretty good, simply because of the situation of the main character. Even though there was no dialogue, you felt all the struggles he had to go through and end up with a not so perfect ending.Shadow of the Colossus ending almost got me. But I stood firm.

The closest that I've come to crying is the scene in FFVII where Sephiroth stabs Aeris and Cloud is then holding her. That scene made me very emotional.

Just like the topic poster, the ending of FFX made me sad to the point of tears. The whole story was great and really absorbed me. That was the whole reason and I love games that have the power to do that.

i never cry on the game but some game has sad story. yeah on FFX that tidus has to go to his time..its not perfect ending sometimes

i cried because of FFX !! i was on the inside of sin one evening and i decided to save go to sleep and finish this in the morning... my little bro got up in the morning before me and save his game on mine.... he had just met wakka.... he said he ididnt do it on purpose but i weeped 10 weeks of time where i did evrything he had erased...

Do you mean FFVIII(8) where Rinoa and Squall get reunited because shes a s*** that cant control her own bodyi remember crying because of FFXIII when they were reunited on the spaceship... sorry cant remeber the names of the 2 main characters

yeah, a game had me in tears, i laughed so hard i couldnt breath! I think the game was atelier iris, or starocean.

FFX. Well it's the only FF game I've played so iono how the other go.The story went very deep and I really liked the relationship going on between Tidus and Yuna (although Tidus did get annoying sometimes )
