*hides her box of tissues*I'm such a girl sometimes. >.> Just about every RPG has had a tear-jerking spot or two, and some of them have also had me yelling at the screen. I get into my games a bit much. Mmm... and Ookami. The ending was so pretty, it made me cry. Not really sad-like though.

as many people have sed, parts in FFX (lake scene, ending)also, the 1000 words sequence in FFX-2 had me closei think thats it, i would like to see more of them though, being able to get jus that into a story is magnifico

Cartoons: Check (Bambi, Lion King, lots more... Too much to mention)Movies: Check (Ghost was probably the first)TV series: CheckAnime: Check (FMA, Maes Hughes, enough said. Nina came close. Haku from Naruto as well)But games, no. The ending of MGS3 came pretty close, though. After I'd seen the ending the second time, I started to really think about what was said about the Boss and I came to realize that it was a fate she simply didn't deserve. That scene came pretty close, but not quite.

yes, final fantasy VII, when Aeries died, I was pissed, so much so that tears were in my eyes. I had just spent a crapload of money on her, and now she died.Sad indeed-jason
I agree, even though I'm a guy and our gender is supposed to be "macho", I wasa crying during the lake scene in FFX and Okami brought tears to my eyes during the ending. Yes a game made me cry. The game was Sonic the Hedgehog and I was three, and I cried when I found out that GAME OVER didn't mean I beat the game and that it meant I lost.

hmm..if its just plain sadness level id say it was a tie between that one ending in disgaea and aeris dieing in ff7. however there has never been one game that made me cry because it was so good so good that it made me cry when i passed it

Awww, what's with all the heart hearts above me? Teehee, guess you're all entitled to your own opinions. ^^ I've cried at games, plenty of times. The ending of Kingdom Hearts, when Axel... *sniff* in Kingdom Hearts II and at the ending of KHII itself as well. I've also cried at... uhm... well, actually. Think that's about it. ^^ When you work hard on something for a long time and it's suddenly over, it's natural to get emotional.

Im gonna have to say final fantasy X. The part that made me cry was when i saw how much anima owned... it brought tears of joy into my eyes

i've felt moved over games, but never have i cried. it's interesting to understand how removed we become from reality when playing games, that we detach our emotions...
