I'd have to say its a toss up between Sweet Child of Mine, and Carry on My Wayward Son, I've only played it in EB so I've not had much time to play with it.

I like Heart Shaped Box just cuz I got 100% on expert. Free BirdSweet Child O MineLaid to Restand a lot of others but cant remember right now.

My favorite song in Guitar Hero 2 is "Sweet Child O' Mine" but there are so many that are fun to play. Even some of the really dumb ones that get really crazy with notes are a blast. So it's not fair to pick just one favorite.
