Takane goes to St. Ursula's high school, right? Which is a branch of Mahora school.As for Eva, yeah I suppose that's true. But in her resort and when she does the whole mind synchronization fight thing, she doesn't have restrictions. So I suppose you could say the curse is lifted in those specific conditions.

Slap? Um Yue during Mages vs Mars... That's the only one coming to mind...Punches? Too many... 
Asuna pretty much constantly... Chisame whenever he was "hiding his depression"... Kotaro multiple times, most memorably when Negi went power surge on the Graf guy and Kotaro punched 'im... Ku Fei, if you don't count training as fighting... Evangeline probably did, but I don't really remember... that's all I got. This only applies to the manga, right? It just came to mind when Takahata punched Negi in the gut in episode 25 of the anime.And 4king, I never got the added points. *looks at scoreboard*

Sayo was first introduced in chapter 74.Ummmm... Ayaka...? Well, she punched him in the head, not sure if that counts... I suppose next would come Madoka?

Asuna threw it away a because they needed to get rid of extra weight on the service elevator.Winding up Chachamaru is the equivalent of sex to her, which Negi is totally oblivious about, leading him to crank it fast and dump in magic. Though I do believe Chachamaru mentioned it was something of an equivalent to a pactio, or something like that.
