my favorite pokemon hold item is focus band because even how strong the move is the focus band will make the pokemon not faint i really love this hold item

My favorite hold item is leftovers, because you can battle much longer than usual and for training pok�mon is exp. share the best. BTW: Coyo-t the item you probably mean is monutary tablet, it doubles the amount of money you get from pay day (quoting got a bit wrong and I hate double posting so I did it this way).

I usually used exp share and leftovers. Exp share is very useful when you have pokemon with very small lvl and you want to level him up fast fighting with strong pokemons.Once when I was in battle tower I fought trainers and it was so confusing to beat their pokemons (all of them had leftovers). Then I equiped mine with leftovers and it was a lot easier to beat them ;].

my favorite hold item would definetly have to be shell bell and leftovers these items can help you out in a tight spot

Nevermeltice for Articuno...This item really increase the amount of damage ice pokemons deals... plus it make them more resistant to fire, they balance the battle; somehow they become half invincible.

Ho-Oh's hold item, The Sacred Ash. Its has the BEST effect of all hold items. I don't know if it has the same effect in G/S/C, but in R/S/E and D/P, it revives all other Pokemon on your team.That could seriously turn the tides of ANY battle.
