My favorite hold item is leftovers. It always heals and never gets used up.

Leftovers, definitely. Shell Bell is useful, but too dependent on the damage done.

i like using leftovers the best because it heals my pokemon all the time. i also like to use it in a combination with fly or dig so i can heal twice without getting hit.

the best item is the exp share cause u can lvl fast like hell weak pkmns just using the strongest ones to win the battle easily

My favourite Pokemon hold items are Focus Band, Leftovers,Exp. Share and Kings Rock (Can cause flinching to opponent when you hit them).

For training I would use Exp. Share, the amount of exp granted the pokemon holding it is quite impressive, and allows for faster training.If its a major battle, then usually shell bell, leftovers, or the specific type equipment for increasement of damage.

i like letting my pokemon hold leftovers because it heals my pokemon and is a good combo with fly because you also heal in the air.

My favorite hold item, is the Amulet coin, because it makes ending your money issues, so much easier. Like people say, if you need money, just go through the elite 4, well with this, it's like you did it twice in one run. XP
