Also this clue isn't actually right, because I'm pretty sure she dies in The Force Unleashed.BUT Star Wars III Revenge of the Sith had her dying TWICE
The answer below also isn't technically 100% correct either because Order 66 initiates in Revenge, which she in fact survives (by the end of the movie, she is still alive). She dies in Force Unleashed which occurs after Revenge chronologically. She survived order 66 and dies in Revenge.

Yes, I agree with you, Shaak Ti was indeed the only part you had right out of the question. The fact of the matter is that canonically, she dies on Felucia (I would like to see multiple reputable sources confirming the Luke Skywalker thing). And the lightsaber that she had on Felucia is also different, as we are talking about the one that Grievous obtained from her on Coruscant. By the time of the events of The Force Unleashed, Grievous is already long dead. Also, as you stated, any deleted scenes have been stated as non-canonical.More importantly though, the question asks for "Jedi they use to belong to and if possible say how Grievous got them?" So you got the Shaak Ti part but all The Force Unleashed stuff and non-canonical Revenge stuff both of us are spewing is actually entirely irrelevant because the lightsaber in question was obtained well before any of those events heh.Based on your hints I'm gonna say Shaak Ti. She survived order 66 and dies in Revenge.edited after teds edit but i still answered Shaak Ti first
: In a deleted scene from Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith, she is killed by General Grievous, though this is officially regarded as non-canon. She later appears in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, and is apparently killed by Starkiller/Galen Marek. however, her lightsaber explodes into blue light tricking Starkiller. she later met with luke skywalker to teach him the deepest secrets of the force.apparently no one wants her to die

While we are in the process of getting some facts straight...The fact that his lightsaber was purple doesn't really mean anything, it just means that the particular focusing crystal he was using resulted in a purple blade. And if anything symbolism is where meaning is attributed to an apparently unrelated thing, which in this case isn't correct. In fact a great many Jedi studied several forms of lightsaber combat, yet they didn't all have purple lightsabers did they? For example, Obi Wan was skilled in Ataru, Soresu, and Niman, while Yoda was a recognized master in all forms. They didn't have purple blades. In addition, I'm assuming your mention of " delving into the dark techniques of the Sith" with regards to lightsaber combat refers to Mace's role in Vaapad. This is also not true as the Sith are a somewhat institutionalized distinct culture that have a specific way of doing things. Treading close to the dark side, or falling to the dark side does not automatically make one Sith. There have been many dark force users who were not affiliated with the Siith in any way, but simply fell due to circumstances of their own hatred or anger. Mace's role in Vaapad wasn't come about by "delving into Sith techniques", it was merely a willingness to enter a state of mind of channeling one's own darkness into the fight, relishing the physical combat, and accepting the fury of his opponent.Just to add some more info relevant to the original question though:As I stated before, the lightsaber hilt finish was electrum, which was a status indicator associated with ranking, skill and mastery of the highest order. It has no utilitarian function, and could also be made to use jewelry or other trinkets. It can be mined in several places including Abregado-Rae. The original crystal was obtained when a young Mace went to Hurikane in a mission to obtain some of the crystals. His initial negotiations did not go well, and he was pursued by the natives, who resembled spindly lanky insects with a rough exterior. During the chase, one of the locals that was chasing him fell into a crevice, breaking apart on the ground. Mace went back and used force techniques to piece him back together. As thanks, the species willingly gave him the crystals. These crystals were also notable for their ability to break through defenses.Just adding to teds post since facts are important to get straight
The extremely rare crystal was found on the planet Hurikane. Not sure if that's its name but it probably is since no one bothered to named it something else(there's nothing on earth named earthium
(although earth means dirt and we have a lot of dirt around
)). Also, the purple color was symbolic, indicating that the bearer had studied several forms of lightsaber combat, including delving into the dark techniques of the Sith.
