The CSF is more like the standard police imo. I'm going to say it is the Senate Guard. They wear blue robes and fancy blue helmets, kind of like Roman helmets except with two rows of feather things split in the middle.

Just give jdim the points for this and not me, but just to be specific, its just R2. Luke tells R2 to do it, he doesn't really do it with him, since the stabilizer is outside on the surface of the X-wing so Luke would have to climb out into space while it was flying to do it lol. That's probably what you were saying but the wording was just a bit weird. And I need to keep my post count up.
