just use the one on DGEmu's pics or if u want to create one use photo shop... will I would help u if I knew how but I aint a expert in photoshop either...

Or you can just use paint. If you're lacking creative genius, you can, like thefreed said, use DGE's images if you need to, or steal icons off of livejournal or something.
