I usually got to bed at 02.00 and have to get up around 06:00..so i sleep 4 hours a day except for the weekends

ill go to bed nywhere between 10:30pm and 1am depending on what day it is, waking up at 6:50am on school mornings and 10:30am -> 1pm ny other day.

At the moment, im averaging 1 AM. E.g. Yesterday I went to sleep at midnight, so tonight i'll probably get to 2AM

Between 2 and 3 am, I try to stay constant with 2:30 but it's hard when I'm in the middle of something... ''oh let's just finish this, 10 minutes more won't really change anything'' went from a normal bedtime of 1:00 am to 2:30 this way >_>

I think they go to sleep at around 11 pm. And wake at around 7 am.

i goto bed between 12am EST and 2am EST i wake up about 8 hours later, and if im tired at times ill take a 3 hour nap, i love my sleep

Title says it all, also in weekends and holiday and special events.Study shows that 8 hours of sleep is enough for adult and etc..I usually sleep in around 1 a.m and when is school i have to sleep around 10:30 cause i have to wake up at 6 tom..and since now is summer i don't really care when i go to sleep..
