You have to give Orca, ten Knight Crest which are collected from defeated Dark Nuts. Then Orca will teach you the Hurricane Spin.

I'm not sure about the small attacks, are they bounced back faster? But with the big attacks, your able to throw back the scattered shots back at Ganondorf.

I'm not sure but if a Keese does a fourth of a heart of damage with twenty hearts and the Great Fairy's magic, you can withstand 160 hits.

My bad, my second post is wrong, that's the location of the Triforce Chart. The Shard can be found at Gale Isle. And I think, my first post is wrong as well.
