Help with photoshop

Hello guys,(and gals)I'm new, so dun flame me if this isnt in the right section. I wanted to post it in the graphics section, but it was all about making sigs, so i didnt know if it fit there.Well, i wanted some help regarding editing photos with photoshop.The thing is that how do u remove blurs with photoshop? I tried the Sharpen command from the filter menu, but that didnt work!!!!So, any help will be appreciated.Also if u think any other program might do it better than Photoshop plz tell. I'm getting head over heels with trying to remove blurs....
