Pokemon are the dumbest things ever. however, the games are decent. I don't know what it is but the whole "Collecting" aspect of some games sell like crazy. the megaman batle network games the medabots and digimon games, the castlevania games aria and dawn of sorrow all are based on the formula "kill enemy, obtain enemie's power". As for the cartoon... Horrible. I hated it as a kid and I hate it now. 1 of the worst things about Pokemon is that it is "childish". It is deemed "only for kids" so any person that grew up liking it and continued to like it is considered a "loser". With a game like Medabots, at least its robots and robots are accepted by any age group, but cartoony pokemon are only for a younger age group. Also I have played pokemon games but I never tried to "catch'em All!" so I'm not just some guy saying that these things suck because they are for kiddies and has no idea what hes talking about. I have played the games I listed except for digimon because I would sooner kill myself than be exposed to another "pokemon-esque" franchise.

I enjoy the games, and everything, but I'm not fond of the tv show. In fact, it needs to die in a fire.But personally, on a completely unrelated event....I had a dream where all the TV show characters die, lol.

I don't understand how people can hate Pokemon... then again, I've grown up with the tv show, the trading cards, and the action figures. Its pretty hard not to get drawn into it.

The only time i ever liked Pokemon was when i was a kid, and to me Pokemon is for kids however i dont pest people with what i think, if they enjoy the game well good for them just dont drag me into the whole mess

I neither love nor hate pokemon. I used to like it more when I was younger but now I don't really care too much. The first two generations were good but the last two aren't as good.
