RPGs are fun, for long periods. It's good for the stories and gameplay. My favs are namely the popular FF series, Tales series, and some others that i can't really remember the name.

yes RPGs are my favorite genre. Rpgs are most often games for people who like to take there time and plan there actions accordingly, most people who don't like RPGS seem to dislike them because they require patience (this is just my observation if you don't agree prove me wrong.) and they don't have the patience to beat them. Rpgs have deep epic story lines and even though they can be repetitive in certain aspects they never fail to come up with unique new battle systems and interesting new things. For those who say RPGS are all the same I can say the same thing about First person shooters, halo for instance is basically a knock off of doom and many other go around shooting aliens/demon games out there, quake for instance, and duke nukem, try and tell me these games aren't the same repetitive you say an rpg is. all video games will be seen as the same as another as most have the same basic story line, but what differs is what happens on your way from point a to point b.

yeah, they are my fav genre. only some kinds though. i liked star ocean series, KH series, and FF series the most

ok it depends wut rpgs depends on the game some are G@Y and some are kooland also some games are to hard to learn so i dnt even want to try to learn it

I find myself gravitating to rpgs, i haven't got the slightest clue. That and stratagy but thats for another thread. Rpgs have been the bread and butter of the game playing since i was little. I love em to pieces and play them far to much (if there is such a thing)

I love RPG's, but only if they have a good Storyline.Otherwise, it's Tactics/Strategy (Like FE, AW, SC.)

i've lived and breathed rpg's since i first played FF1. i always take so much time just to play through each game. i almost feel as if i have wasted my time by the time i finish one

hell yeah i am. though my first rpg is a pretty lousy one, on the ps1 called Guardian's Crusade. but i followed up and played FFs and others. now RPG is the mainstay of my game playing diet

Well, seeing how the first game I had internationally delivered to my house was a computer RPG (Daggerfall, for the PC). And how nowadays I look forward to my days off work just to level up in my current RPG or go to my tabletop session? I'd say I am one. And lovin' it.

Hell yes I'm an RPG gamer. I've been one for a looong time. I just love the way they are. Final Fantasy is probably one of the best series... and .hack . The whole lvl thing and the weird storylines are really sweet.
