as karl marx (didn't) say, "mmorpgs are the opium of video gamers." sure, there is some interesting gameplay, but it's wrapped around the idea of "gaining levels". when you gain a level, it feels like you accomplished something, while all you're really doing is wasting time.

It's not a simple answer. Most RPG gamers will just spout that they have finished a final fantasy game. I'm an RPG accomplisher. I take into time a lot of RPGs till I'm finished or satisfied with how I've finished it. It's not just enjoying the RPG but really be proud in finishing it. I want to see how my simple ordinary character turns into the saviour of the whole world turns out.

Uh..yeah. Pretty much played every RPG on SNES, GBA, PS, and PS2 that was at least slightly good. Can't exactly say I FINISHED all of them though, haha.

Yes, I am an RPG gamer... but I do have interest in other games too.But here are some RPG series I have been playing and still play.Tales Series (I really want Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology.)Fire Emblem (It's technically a Strategy-RPG right?)Final Fantasy (Though FFXII has been highly overrated in my opinion.)Suikoden (It's a good series to play just once.)Radiata Stories (Good gameplay, too many useless characters, two endings.)Disgaea (Strategy-RPG, kept me going for hours...)Xenosaga (It was kind of boring... but that's just me speaking.).hack (Unfortunately I haven't gotten G.U. yet.)Summon Night: A Swordcraft Story (It's kind of frustrating sometimes though.)I think I'll stop typing now... hehehe?
