like many people said before, i play rpg's because of the story lines and mostly because many of the rpg's have really big maps and have many places to visit and people to talk to.

Why are RPG gamers so interested in RPG's. Is it because of the engrossing stories, the wonderful gameplay, or that we get to spend countless hours trying to beat it. So getting down to our original question what do you like about RPG's

i like RPG cuz most of the story r very interesting n we always try to copare our character to see who's the strongest.

I like to build up my hero and customize them. If I'm in the mood to play an Ninja, wizard or archer I can do that in most rpg games.

I really love rpgs because of their nice layout and their cool dailogue. You can take time to level up first and do the side quest first to ready yourself before facing the bosses.

RPG's are delightfully addicting. It feels the most like a real life simulator. They take you to another world. When are you gonna get to do that otherwise?

I love RPG games because the plots are interesting, with a breath taking ending too. And u must be curious to know what the ending is that u play until u forget the time.

the plot is usually much better than other games where you just shoot people or beat them up. they aren't as predictable because even when you finish a game you can just restart and try to get things you missed the first time. and the graphics kick donkey.

Most RPGs have a main plot and slide plots and character development. I prefer good plots rather than great gameplay, and RPGs usually have great plots. Of course a good battle system wouldn't hurt either. =P

well technically i could go into a seriously psychological reason as to why people enjoy RPG but that involves roughly 3 paragraphs of works that im too lazy at the moment to write...Well i personally like RPGS because they give you a chance to technically "bond" with the main character of the game in the sense that you have gone through everything that he has (since you control them) and so you feel all the feelings that, that charcter may feel. Also in many or most of the RPGs that i play all have great graphics and great music because thats the basic requirements before i ever play a RPG lol
