I love to learn about the characters, and to an extent, the storyline. I can forgive almost anything as long as I adore the characters. I also like to be able to build/design my character the way I want, but that rates after story.

Hm....I'm not sure why I play RPGs.It's probably for the story line...The only reason I ever got into Pokemon was because all my friends played it when the fad dropped like a bomb.Looking back on it, it was so much fun.Wow, I miss being little and playing Pokemon...WEAK.

Storyline mainly, and also to level up my characters heaps, and make them really powerful, only type of ggenre you can improve your character within the game, rather than just getting better at it.

I definitely don't have the time nowadays to replay games that I've beat once already. The first and last time I ever did that was with Chrono Trigger way back when =pThe RPGs I generally pick up and enjoy playing now are the ones with a great story, smooth graphics, and somewhat original battle system to keep me interested, unless its a FF.

Rpgs are great because most of them deliver a good story, and mostly varying gamplay but i don't really think that it is the greatest game genre.

I like RPG's mainly for their storyline. It's almost like an interactive movie nowadays, and before, like an interactive book. In addition, something about leveling up my characters made me happy.
