i've only seen a few in japanese, but i like the english ones better. the englsih makes it so i don't have to read all the subs, but instead can concentrate on the anime itself. for naruto's voice, i think it's ment to be a bit annoying considering his attitude is a bit of the same in some parts (all considering i've only watched the first 10 episodes, so i probably don't know as much as people who have watched more).so imo i like the english release because i've been waiting a while and it saves my brain from having to work too much while watching it 
i guess i'd have to say "to each their own" because everyone has different preferences, some like the japanese version, other like the english, and still others like both.all in all, it's still a very good and well put together anime no matter what language if i do say so myselfarch

i must say i have to agree with you i saw every episode til 156and only a little bit in english but it was "wooow" only too bad we have to wait a whole week to see new episodes

i havent seen alot of naruto, infact ive only seen like the first 3 or 4 episodes, but its awsome. I wish i had the time to dl more episodes, but alas work and school suck up all my time. Im looking foward till dling the episodes.

I read a Naruto Manga back before the animé came out and i thought it looked awesome, then when the animé came out i was even more amazed and loved and still love every single bit (apart from Anime Fillers >.>').Too bad the Animé filliers atm will last till Spring 2006, i cant wait for Kakashi Gaiden

well narutos voice in the english version is the most annoying voice Iv ever heard....and why does he say believ it in every sentence..."I had a plan...believe it...".But other than the voices everything else is ok since I did see alot of the jap sub naruto....But his voice is so annoyoing....believe it

The reason the english voice of naruto is so friggin annoying is because it's played by a girl not a guy.well narutos voice in the english version is the most annoying voice Iv ever heard....and why does he say believ it in every sentence..."I had a plan...believe it...".But other than the voices everything else is ok since I did see alot of the jap sub naruto....But his voice is so annoyoing....believe it

(WARNING SPOILERS!!!, for those that do not read the manga or have not read the Kakasi gaiden storyline... ;P)one question though, it is said that to obtain the mangekyou, you would need to kill your best friend... but how does kakashi get his mangekyou then???or is it that itachi misinteprete the uchiha's secret scroll-thingy...

well, there's what we call a rival. naruto's the star of the show because he was...well, made that way (duh! as if we don't know that). to make the short story long, well, naruto is supposed to develop as a main character, being stupid and a failure and all that. i didn't say sasuke's already perfect... in fact he isn't. but sometimes rivals of the main character is always someone who is greater in everything the main character flops in--goodlooking, has cool, if not awesome, skills.the reason why sasuke is cooler or is more favorable to most people who watch the series is probably because of his personality. like what sakura implies, he is mysterious in some ways (if i said "so many ways", some would probably disagree). i like sasuke because of his skills but i like naruto more because i could somehow relate to him (not the stupid part). but i like chouji the best (just a segway).about kakashi, well, yes he does have the mangekyou sharingan. if you read the manga, you'll see. but the reason behind him having that is still unknown. even i don't know about it. it's true that it is the bloodline limit of the uchiha clan and an uchiha can only do it, that's the reason why kakashi lost most of his strength performing the jutsu (technique). my theory on this kakashi thing is that probably the scroll only knows that the way to attain the mangekyou is by killing the closest friend. but kakashi probably have found another way in knowing the technique. as we all know, he was also the victim of the technique when itachi performed it to him. i don't know if he could copy it, afterall, he's copy ninja kakashi.

I personally prefer the japanese version of the anime over the american version, because in the dub, they took out so many scenes and edited almost all the conversations to make them more "appealing" to the American audience.

My theory is that because his eye isn't actually from his own body, the rules are somewhat different. A normal sharingan user can control his eye, whether it is on or off, etc. Kakashi's is always on. But he can still have it grow more powerful. Basically, kakashi has only 1-way input on how his eye works. He can pump more energy into it, but not turn it down. The normal Sharingan user has mental limits in place to prevent them from just using the Sharingan until their eyes wear out from the day they are born. To unlock the sharingan in the first place, they have to be in major danger. To use the Mangeka Sharingan, they have to kill their best friend. Kakashi does not have these limitations, because his brain is not originally designed to handle the Sharingan. The downside is that he has to conver his eye constantly so that he doesn't use wear it out or drain all his Chakra.Or, I could just be rambling about nonsense.

I like naruto it's a good anime and I saw some episode and it was pretty good.I hope it wouldn't becom like Dbz because it will ruin the show and it won'tbe good anymore.
