I NEVER played this game before, but if i did play this game, then what should i do when zombies are surrounding me??

Your best bets for mass zobie removal in Dead Rising are any long weapons (IE: Potted Plants, Baseball Bats, Lead Pipes, Park benches). Pipes and Bats can be stored, but the other two must be dropped if you switch items. If you are going the fist approach, wait until you level up enough to get the football tackle, which allows you to bounce off zombies left and right if you time the attack right. And if you really want to level up fast, save civilians! Save as many people as you can and you get a nice experience boost from it. Even if they bite the dust on the way to the security room, you still get points just by having them join you.

If you're being surrounded by zombies just squash a queen if you have one to hand, that'll sort you right out..

Lol Double Lariat Double Lariat best move in the game and only way to beat the last boss and unlock Inf mode. I remeber Dead Rising such a good game but was repetive even with Inf mode it was predictable!

the lawn mower can do alot of damage if you are surrounded by zombies.baseball bat is good too.

dead rising was sweet, but that new jap zombie game looks a little lame, everything about is last generation,except the graphics. I see alot of clipping in the vids.

I agree with most of the people here. If you are at a relatively low level, just bust through the crowd and swing like there's no tomorrow. If you get lucky, there's a chance that one of your attacks will cause a zombie to stumble and fall on the other zombies.

Try to keep some 2x4s with you at all times they are a quick and easy weapon and are stackable at that. If your lucky enough to be by a bench at that time, pick it up and ram through them. Bowling balls are also nice for making a small escape route if you happen to have one. Most of the time though, your best bet is a bench since it has such great clearing potential.EDIT: Almost forgot. Plowing through a group with an umbrella is also a good option.

Killing lots of zombies all at once?Double lariat kills efficiently (Bonus PP per hit, plus doenst need weapons which can break...)But if you've got one, bust out the battle axe and start charging. It's like a super Double Lariat but looks so much cooler! Plus you get a whole pile of blood & guts at your feet.Zombie ride works well if you just want to escape, and the zombies are tightly packed...but then you could jump off of one group onto another...there's so many glorious methods!
