i personally love sniping on fps or any other games that i would always have a sniper in my inventory i never thought of it as stupid people who thinks that it is probably are ones who cant do it or/and keep getting killed by it it takes a lot of patience and strategy to wait for your prey to settle when they are reloading or whatnot or predict the where the person is heading and "bam" headshot its also fair since it has a couple of weakpoints like your view except from the scope is blocked so people can easily sneak up and knife kill also the slow reload speed so it takes lots of practice to master overall its Skills -hands down-

No way, Sniping in FPS is a skill, if you can get a headshot on a moving target you are very skilful. I favour sniping over spraying.

In every team, every person has it's purpose and specializes in certain things. Sniping is but one of many specialized skills that i whole heartily agree takes a large amount of patience and reflexes, just as must as the guy that is doing close combat work.The reason why people bash on the class is because sniping is generally about taking people down with one shot without knowing where or whom it came from. That being said, some argue that it's a cowardily class and sometimes because of the butt hurt assume that it's easy.I myself would LOVE to be good at it, but i'm not. However i do find it fun, i try, fail sometimes, but i would definitely not hate someone if they shot me in the head. They earned it!

I prefer sniping in FPS games. I don't like run and gunning with machine guns or shotguns, I prefer to sit back and shoot from afar, but the real trick to sniping is to never shoot from the same place twice because otherwise you'll be found and killed. If you're a good sniper you'll move about just as often as any other player its just a trick of being good enough that you're never found

Let me get some facts straight;1) Sniping takes a whole lot more of skill compared to an assault gun2) Sniping is much, much, more tactical compared to an assault gun3) Those losers who are blathering that sniping is stupid are just sore losers.I've heard that a lot of people think that sniping in an fps is stupid, and shows a lack of skill. Personally, I think its a load of crap, but I'd like to know what you think.I say if your getting head shots once every second, thats some skill.

I've always like sniping. I use to be great at sniping in Halo 2. I would get head shots left and right, I literally never missed twice.
