I got it while sitting on my floor near my Christmas tree for Christmas last month! I had no idea it was coming, so it was rather exciting!

Woolworths in the UK....the shop went into liquidation so i bought about 5/6 Nintendo DS with the intention of selling them all on for a bit more, but i ended up keeping 2...they were very very cheap!

The topic title pretty much sums up what this topic is about- your DS's hometown.Where did you get your DS?I actually have no idea where I got mine, because my cousin gave it to me as a present. So where did you get yours?

i got mine from canada! lol it was toys r us and why do ppl think canadians say eh? (vancouver)

From an online store. I received it the next day! I'm on my second DSlite right now though, since the other one broke about 2 years ago. (Both from the same store)

I ended up having to buy my off of eBay, there were no stores within 1oo miles so I had no choice. Thankfully I did not end up paying too much over the standard $129 price.

I got mine on ebay. For $10 less than the usual standard price in Australia. Got the wrong colour of course, but you have to expect some issues like that with ebay I guess.

i got my ds from a friend. it was pretty cheap too ummm $55 i think but it didnt come w/ recharger or stylus. using toothpick for stylus and recharger parely costed a thing.

I'm from South Africa. I bought my ds from a store in South Africa. The prices here are outrageous since our currency is ten times less than that of the dollar. I had to get mine for around a $170 (R1700). It was hell on my pocket since I'm just a student and working for $8 a day. Funny isn't it. Anyway the games here are quite expensive too around $60 for a game.
