Linux and XP,same,Vista is only for playing, not for working.XP provides a good platform for some new hardwares like BLUE-DISK rom(some models support HDDVD and BLU-RAY)

windows xp... there's a saying that commonly known around computer technicians or operators"If It's not broken, then don't fix it. if It's still good then why replace it"I actually still using "Win 3.1 for workgroup" and DOS 6 in 1996 until all games seems to made just for windows'95 and above. And I change my Win'98 second edition only when every new devices such flash disk or mp3 portable are made with just winXp drivers working.

For me, I choose XP Home, Vista isn't so Vistatstic cause it can't play a lot of good games for the computer out there.... And I don't know too much about LInux, so I just use Windows.

I use windows XP pro, and really don't like other operating systems. Linux is ok however it dosent have the support that i wish it did with the various games out there. Windows Vista on the other hand really dosent have the capabilities and support that i would like for the cost of it. so there ya have it thats my official opinion
