http://www.gamersect...products_id=288Guys does that play ds roms? it doesn't have that on the list and it is scaring me cause it can do everything else i want... but if it cant do ds roms.... BAM i am out of there!

it works ok on ds roms, on gba there is a problem, on lots of gba games such as street fighter it cant handle the action and starts to lag, and btw the supercard lite cannot dump roms, only the supercard cf can, why? because there is a dumping program that supports all CF slot 2's, no one has made one specifically for the Supercard, so the Supercard cant dump roms, simply because no one wrote a program to do it, but if you want to play gba games and dont care about lag on high end gba games, then get it, it also lets you browse your internet on your M3 since to browse the internet your M3 simply needs ram.

dipstar is a gba cheating system, you will need to have a slot 2 gba cartridge still, for example, if i have a M3 or G6, i can load the dipstar program on it and use it to cheat on my M3 simply, the M3 simply cant cheat by itself, the cheapest alternative is to get the Ez flash V expansion pack, it lets you play gba games and have internet browser ram, the downside is that you can only have one file on it at a time and dipstar counts as a game, but how cares if you just want to cheat, this is true for all slot 1 flash carts, they need a supported slot 2 flash cart that can run dipstar, supercard is not supported btw, nor is ewin, and ez flash iv is not supported by ez flash 1 is.

The M3 real and the G6 real are the new flash carts being made, they are dumping R4 and starting to make their own flash carts again (R4 makes the M3 simply chips for them), you wont find alot of information about simply because its still in development, so you need to wait till they release them.

From what I've heard its a new slot 1 flashcart from the M3 team, can't remember if it can play gba roms, but I've heard that it doesn't patch roms like the simply(yes m3 simply patches roms). Here what I've found in the M3 forums

The GBAlpha team have spilled a few beans on the G6 DS and M3 DS Real. Here we have an image of what the two carts will look like, along with some new information. The G6 DS and M3 Real will boast true 100% ROM compatibility and the ability to mimic an authentic NDS game cart 1:1. G6 DS will boast impressive USB 2.0 speeds with 16Gbit models first available, but higher capacity cards will follow. The M3 DS Real will support external flash cards. No more information (including pricing and retail dates) is yet available. The team are keeping tight lipped to prevent others copying their technology. Expect more details closer to the two products release dates.

Also that since it doesn't patch roms it has better download play compatibility.

any chance you could show the pictures that was included in that post you just copied over?i know the GBAlpha only know this answer, but by 1:1 mimicing a real DS game, do you think this would mean 1 rom at a time, or the standard, load as many roms as you can and pick them in the menu?

I don't have time to look through 16 pages but I have a question I hope somebody can answer.First, I bought a M3 Perfect ages ago and it recently just stopped working completely. I can't afford anything more than $50 (including shipping) so I found this and thought this might work well. I have a 1GB MicroSD card lying around anyways.Question: Is this the best card for me?Also, can you play GBA games through this? Or not because it's not slot 2?Is this a good place to order it?: http://sky2k.com/sho...lish-p-271.htmlIf not that place, how about this? (more expensive than the one above though...): http://www.gamersect...h...&language=1

I do not know what you want in a flash cart?do you want to play gba games, do you want it to be a slot 1? do you want to be able to use cheat codes on roms? do you want to just click and drag roms? do you want it to rumble? do you want it to have ram so you can browse the internet? No the M3 simply cannot run gba games. the only slot 1 flash cart that supports it is the ez flash V bundle (comes with a slot 2 device), but it will cost you at least $60 without a micro sd, but the extra cost is worth it, it lets your browse the interent, rumbles, plays gba games and lets you use cheat codes on roms, The M3 Simply is a great card, although they are soon releasing a new version known as the M3 real.and that price at the first link is ok.its $40+$7 dollars shipping so it cost $47 (to ship to united states)$33.84 ($9.30 shipping and they dont give you the packaging they take it out and put it in a envelop) (cost $43)http://bamboogaming....mp;productId=99yes i know a couple bucks is not much but lol its your money.

ill be doing the same in a fortnight when i upgrade to a DS Lite, unless more details arise about the real before then and its worth the wait. but M3 already has like 99% compatibility, and any game that doesnt work is soon fixed by the team.

Wait, is the M3 Simply even out yet? I've seen like 5 sites selling them that say "Preorder" and others that say out of stock. Only one I found that doesn't say anything like that is this: http://www.gamersect...products_id=374So it may be a stupid question, but it is, er, out now, right?

yeah they are out, its just M3 does not make the M3 simply, they sublease, by that i mean they pay another company to make them, that company is R4, who remarket the M3 simply as their own slot 1 flash cart named R4, and they are not making enough to meet demand since they are having trouble making their own R4 to meet demand.

Well I ordered from GamerSection, the only place out of like 10-20 sites I tried that didn't say out of stock. I got a UPS tracking number a few hours later and it looks like it'll be here 4 days from now.I heard something about being able to solder something in the card that made it go from R4 > M3 or from M3 > R4? But they fixed it or something?
