what kind of problem does the castlevania PoR have running off on m3 simply? i've not tried that game yet but i might do it soon, so what should i look for to know? is it something with the micro sd or the simply itself?

Well on mine M3 Simply it freezes alot more often compared to it on my M3 Perfect. Could be the SD/micro SD cards though.

Wait, is the M3 Simply even out yet? I've seen like 5 sites selling them that say "Preorder" and others that say out of stock. Only one I found that doesn't say anything like that is this: http://www.gamersect...products_id=374So it may be a stupid question, but it is, er, out now, right?

I ordered my M3 Simply from GamerSection and they shipped relatively fast to Korea. It's funny though, a Canadian ordering from a Canadian company, but I'm in Korea! Shipping was decent, only $13US. >.<

now i've tried out castlevania POR on my m3 simply using a corsair micro sd card, i don't know the speed of it but i could not see any lagging nor freezing during that introduction movie nor gameplay so far but then i haven't played for so very long yet. but the card seem to work fine here..

You forgot to add the price of the Micro SD...with a 1gb card total should be around 100US$.

1 GB= about $50 USD and the cards are easily interchangeable.

http://www.amazon.co...=A3JRBTF3T7J4ZIThe prices for 1GB microsd are as low as $7.39 on Amazon, usually between $10-15 after shipping at many places. If you're paying $50 for any type of 1GB microsd card, you're getting ripped off.

yeah i can confirm the price rip-offs.. i was looking for a micro sd for my simply when it was on the way to me in the mail, thought to have one ready until it came. went down to the electronics store (where they also sells cell phones, laundry machines and such, get my drift?) and asked for the price of a micro sd card. the young girl behind the counter found, from behind the desk, a twinmos 512mb micro sd card and told me it costs $100! No kidding!! (i have converted from my currency to us$) So i went home, turned on the computer and after a quick search, lo and behold, a corsair 1gb micro sd for as low as $21 plus shipping (it was before the prices started to drop heavily). What scares me is that some people actually bought that expensive card for their cellphone while i was there, the salesman told them they would need one for their brand new cell phone and "we happen to have one behind the counter"...

$50 is definitely expensive. Where I live, these things normally cost double the price in the US, but I can find some for as cheap as $15USD, and that's retail, not like eBay or anything.

Wow... as in you can find a card that cheap in the retail store? I know you said retail price, but if you mean you found it online then yeah, that sounds about right. Some stores have incredibly high markup on their merchandise and sometimes it's ridiculous to buy certain items in stores when you can just find a better deal online.

kinda, get the M3 simply or R4, you will thank me later. yes a card reader will be sent with the M3/R4, but it is crap, i do recommend spending a little more for a better one.

when you buy a micro sd, it always comes with an sd adapter card so you can stick it in, and then stick the adapter card in a card reader. if you are one of the lucky ones that have a card reader embedded in your laptop, you should be all set :) if not, get a multi-card reader to connect with a usb port, it is great for all purposes and is real cheap. by the way, $39 for a flash cart on amazon, when you can get it for a little less on other places like kicktrading.ca..i do not use the card reader that came with my m3 simply, i thought it was cheap plastic crap.

Yes it is in fact a cheap plastic crap. (still works, just not very well for me)Your better off using a proper micro SD reader or use the micro SD to SD adapter.

Have you tried patching the file in libfat? The creators website may help as well- http://www.dragonmin...sdev/DSOrganize

I have been wondering has the new kernal been released today? My guess is that they it has been for the fact that their website has exceeted its bandwidth.

the cheat option on the R4 is very nice, if the M3 simply gets it, be warned the cheats work online, well the ones i tested so far did, so you can now cheat online as if you have a action replay.
