hmmm... i'd have to say some of the water pokémon are scary, but a miltank is just plain weird... it's a cow... that looks like it's trying to dance...

Snubbul or Miltank ugly enough for a pokemon .maybe Nintendo running out of idea trying to create a new pokemon for G/R/S .other than that two , i'll pick Slowpoke and his evolution Slowbro for the ugliest pokemon , but i worship Slowking .
