Don't even get me started about how ugly R/B's Golbat is. It represents vampirism (Eyes ugly, tounge and fangs sticking out. Salvia as well).

I would say Bidoof, Bibarel, a quarter of the fourth generation and most of the third generation Pokemon. After Gold and Silver, I think they ran out of ideas for new pokemon and just threw random things together.

A lot of the new ones. From the old ones, I'd say Caterpie. Looks like a green you-know-what.

I'm pretty sure the ugliest pokemon I've ever seen is Ambipom. None of the new pokemon from D/P are all that good looking. Accept for Shieldon, he's adorable.
