Hmmmmm....I'd have to say the ugliest pokemon has got to be Magikarp. It's probably the weakest pokemon in the game and it looks mentally retarded.

I just went back and looked at each generation. I agree that they start to look worse with each new generation (when you first see them). But some of the newer ones started to grow on me after seeing their move sets and abilities. I know this is talking about the ugliest, but right now I really want to say Chandelure and Ferrothorn look absolutely awesome, not to mention they are awesome. Anyway, back to the topic, I'd say Ludicolo looks the most ridiculous followed by Simisear, Simipour, Simisage, and Swoobat.

for me the ugliest pokemon is Shiftry. i think it just looks down right bad. i mean, atleast other pokemon resemble something. Muk acually looks like a pile of muck. Shifty just looks like some r-tarded thing-a-ma-bob.

Unfezant, Blitzle, and Zebstrika. They are sooo hideous and not in the least bit creative. I especially hate the zebra pokes. And the trash pokemon are...well garbage. And then there's Ducklett and its evolved form Swanna. Just ick.All in all, the ugliest Pokemon are definitely in the 5th Generation.
