Oh well, that actually happens to me sometimes. The first, I hate it so much and I though I would never play the game anymore. But if it's a good game, such as GS, YU, Riviera, FE, ... I replayed it.

this what happened to me when the battery in the cartridge ran out so i couldn't save any game. but i had to change the batteries quick or use long life battteries but its so fun its like i'm on time challenge or something.

If I lose my savegame it depends on the game. I start again almost straight away in games like fire emblem, where you can always improve on your last play through. Other games, maybe not.

I would put it down for about a month or two then re-start all over again. It should be easier the second time around.

I wouldn't play for like two days, then id play it, it depends on the game, ill be d*mn*d before i restart final fantasy 1 and 2 or something like that

I'd be too eager to finish the game, that a loss like that wouldn't get in the way of me continuing to play it to the end.

It depends on how good the game is. If I lost the save game data and I can't get it back in any way, I'll most likely replay it. If the game was crap, then it's likely I won't bother redoing it.

That usually happens to me because my batteries run out while I'm playing... So when that happens I plug it in and just not touch the game anymore... If I tried, I'd start raging all over the place.
