I don't know what you mean by Slide layers...But to set layers to transparent you could either hide them or set the layer to a type where it doesn't show through...Get MSN, I'd be able to explain it better if you had that.

If you mean move image via the program, select the tool that has an arrow with a set of intersecting arrows. If you mean to animate the image, then make a psd file in photoshop and transfer it into imageready if you are using photoshop CS2.
