in theory, ghost type pokemon would be very strong because they could phase through almost any attack

i strongly agree.... mew is the strongest.. Why?By nature, Mew is known to be a playful and kind Pokémon. Its DNA is said to possess the genetic composition of all existing Pokémon species. If its DNA does contain all the genetic compositions of every other Pokémon, it is safe to say that Mew may have been the first Pokémon species and they evolved over time to today's modern species, excluding Mewtwo (being a modified Mew clone), Arceus (being the Alpha Pokémon), Dialga and Palkia (being stems of Arceus' power), Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf (being stems of Arceus' spirit), Porygon, Porygon2, PorygonZ and Castform (being man-made), Deoxys (being a recently mutated alien virus), Entei, Raikou, and Suicune (they having been created by Ho-oh). Cloyster was always a favorite because of its high defence and its strength against dragons.Also Absol, i just remembered it. That thing had so much ATK it was great. plus swords dance, that was a beastly little pokemon. plus it just looks awesome, i want it IRL lol.

The strongest is Graveler, he has a lot of attack and defense besides that the electric attacks and of fire they are not very effective with him.
