Because I have so many electrical appliances fighting over the outlets available, I end up unplugging any system I'm not using at that moment. So yeah, it gets turned off.

When you leave the wii in stand-by(yellow or red light) it barely takes any electricity, so why bother unplugging it?------------Got it memorized?-Axel*Sticks hand in electric box* CHIDORI!!! ()() This is Charile. (. .) Charlie likes curly fries () () If you like curly fries, put Charlie in your signature |'''''''| Help him take over the world by doing so |C.B| Once he takes over, all who have him get free curly fries |___| Yay curly fries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I'm not using it, it goes off, but the red light's still there so I guess it uses a little electricity.

Before I play it, I turn it on yellow for the WiConnect24 service to kick in. Then I play, and once I'm done I turn it off completely and pull the cord.

I turn it off the moment I stop playing and unplug it, I'd have to be insane to leave it on the whole day!! Save money, every penny's worth it!! JK! Besides, loading time isn't bad at all and I connect online probably once a week.

It's unplugged when I'm not using it. It's a waste of electricity to leave the light on.
