If there was a Pokémon game on the PC it would undoubtedly be an MMO. Or there would be an MMO that followed shortly after....Actually thinking about that, it would be pretty incredible. Running around as little Ash's and Ashette's catching pokémon and battling other people, fighting to be the best. Hell, I'd enjoy it.

Umm no. They'd tweak the battle system and it's fine as it is. Pokemon is like the only next gen game that Nintendo didn't ruin competitively(Tripping in Brawl, Blue Shells in Kart).

I doubt if it would be a good game, because how do they do the menu's? Will it be with the mouse or would it be with buttons (which I prefer). And I don't think microsoft would make such a game, if they've ever done it would be from the start when it was a real fad. Because now it isn't as great as first. but I still think the games are great (I played all the portable ones,but not the ones on the consoles)

Seeing the gaming collision of those two companies is highly unlikely, though I must say that if they did meet, the results would be quite fantastic. The power and money microsoft could put forward in cooperation with Gamefreak could do exactly like Paarre said, a large pokemon game with all the continents and such. Quite enthralling. Truly. Psyche.

If they wanted to team up with Microsoft, they would have ported Pokemon games to the Xbox360, not the Wii.

Great in concept, but will never happen. If Nintendo is an absolute newbie when it comes to the internet. Their fumbling with downloadable content on the Wii and friend codes simply won't fly on the PC. (Yes I know they make a killing selling emulated games but no one seriously expects the Wii to have long term success that way if Nintendo's solution is to sell memory cards as a replacement for a hard drive.)

While it'd be amazing, I'm sure, the logisitcs wouldn't work. It's best to stick with emulation.

Don't worry, Gamefreak and Microsft are going to make it around the time Microsft game studios leaves Microsoft. On a more serious note, it doesn't seem likely in the foreseeable future. Unfortuanately, the most we can hope for right now is probably a good emulator for the ones that do come out.

a pokemon game for the PC? uh...i doubt theyll ever make that.... but we can always hope =] Actually there are pokemon games for the PC but they are nothing like the games we know... they are plain silly

That would be quite cool, and it would be really nice if they did it in first person and the pokemon ACTUALLY attacked each other and used the environment like in the cartoon series, but Game Freak and Microsoft aren't likely to come together anytime soon in my opinion.

i think pokemon would be great for pc.especially since you can tone the graphics down a bit and have even 32mb video cards being able to run it.

A guy once made a few small Pokemon RPGs for PC. Use the keywords "Spirited Technology" and you might still find it. 
There's also another thread around here where someone is making a fan-made Pokemon game using RMXP.

Yeah i had that game...i rocks...accept that you can only go to one different city and only get one badge then the game finishes..and there is only a few pokemon.have you seen the multiplayer pokemon game that half life made?A guy once made a few small Pokemon RPGs for PC. I don't see it. I love playing the old pokemon games and even the newer ones.But in my opinion, Pokemon has went way downhill.Remember when there was only 150 pokemon? That was great. I think I may be showing my age here though. But I'm still talkin about pokemon so it can't be all that bad

I don't think Microsoft (american) would make a deal wih a japan society.I think that pokemon don't need to make a deal with Microsoft.
