I think that MM has way more side questing and while some people don't like that, i personally enjoyed it. Actually a few months ago I 100% it on my friends Wii and it was pretty fun. Though i remember i had to fight the stupid bull boss like 3 times because i was trying to get the glided sword?, and i forgot to do some stuff in order and it was a big mess.... I also remember the last temple, i think one day had pass and i was like, yeah i can probably beat that temple in two days... I had 14 stray fairies and I couldn't find the last one and i was running out of time. so I beat the boss first just so i can skip to him next time. but the boss was getting on my nerves because time was counting down and i had no more magic (another dumb mistake made by me) and wouldn't break those pillars to give me magic and... the 3rd day had pass. I had to pause and search on gameFAQs for the last fairy because i had 5 minute left before the moon crashed lol. Luckily i made it in time.

i always thought MM was a good game... not as good as OOT, but still a good game... i liked the masks, like how the bunny hood actually made u faster, and how there were masks that transformed u into different char's

I don't HATE Majora's Mask... I just find it annoying that you have to keep going back in time 3 days so the moon won't crash. It just annoys me that's all... But I agree, it is a good game.

Majora's Mask is a great game, one of my favorites. It's just that Ocarina of Time was just so amazing when it came out that it blew everyone's mind. I know I'm not the only one with countless childhood memories of the game.

I thought ocarina of time was better but I enjoyed Majora's mask very much. I can see that the time limit was very annoying but also gave it a unique twist where you can see that your actions for that day changed what those people did from day to day.

I still like this game very much. But I would choose this over OoT if a deeper storyline and an actual explanation about the Fierce Deity were given.

People have different opinions. The gameplay mechanics for this one definitely changed a lot so people have a reason to dislike the game.

I enjoy it more than Ocarina, believe it or not. First, the gimmick of the three day cycle, while disheartening at first is not so limiting as it apppears, especialy when you find out what happens if you play the song of time backwards. The Gimmick of the Masks as well was strange after OoT, though I personally feel that is was well handled. As for the Plot, or what it calls a plot, atleast, I enjoyed it. Darker in tone than OoT, though still in the Spirit of the franchise. The Sidequests, whil tedious, are for the most part, (I'm looking at you, accursed Wedding sidequest.)fun and relatively easy to do.Combat is almost entirely the same as OoT, albiet with the Mask Gimmick coming into play. I enjoyed figuring out ways to use the masks in combat, the Goron's roll and Zora's electric shield being the most prominent I recall. All in all, I enjoyed the game a great deal, and, as a bonus, it didnt contain that water dungeon from OoT that to this day makes me want to hurl my n64/TV out the window in sheer fury.
