Petergeist is one, but the second one i can't find. On Wikipedia, it says there are 14 episodes for volume 4b, and there is only one episode written by both Alec Sulken and Wellesley Wild.

Well i dont know if my answer is correct but im going to say:The old neighbor borrowed a toaster so that he could kill himself to 'give his wife full custody of the kids'. He killed himself by sitting in the bath then dropping the toaster in.
