I always like the party games partly because I got loads of friend that can play it and its great for me and my cousins who always get together at family events! so the party for me really does go on!

I found it only good in multiplayer it was boring otherwise, also Nintendo has enough Mario Parties as it is

Mario Party is quite good, not one of my favourites though, because I'm really unlucky when it comes to dice rolling.I only play it when people are watching so we can all play together, when you're on your own its just not as fun.

I played this game with a heap or friends on new years man i want it so bad its Hell fun with the combo of the wii control and the awsome minny games that are in all the mario partys ^^ sooo fun

Good game but it gets really repetitive after you unlike all the minigames.

The game is fun but I wish they had the mike, and the last minigame gives you unlimited lives.

this was the first game i had for the Wii, its fun as long as your playing with other people, i found the single player quite boring

I wish I had never purchased Mario Party 8. No widescreen support, and the game seems to run much slower than even 30 fps. I immediately took a hit and returned it to Blockbuster - if you really want a Mario Party game, I would recommend either #5 or #6 - both of these Gamecube games are great and they run much better.

I completely agree, and I don't even own the game (I just played it at someone's house). The game seemed like it forced the wiimote use a lot of the times. If I didn't know better, I would have assumed it was for the Gamecube (it might actually have been better on it). That's pretty bad, especially since I played it at someone's house. Usually, you don't get tired of a party game if it's not yours, because it's new. But in this case, after playing it once, I thought to myself, "Wow, this game sucks."I wish I had never purchased Mario Party 8.
