i've always found the starters easy to train in the beginning, especially versus some gym trainers.ie bulbasaur v brock & misty

i think the starter pokemon were the easiet to lvl. in a day i got a charmander to charizard and still lvled it up to about 54

Bulbasaur is the easiest pokemon i lv'ed it to 99 in about 7 hours

All my starters always seem easier to train than the others for some reason. Then bug pokemon are fast to train too.

I realy enjoy Training Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle so I think they are the easiest to train.

In that old game, charmander was the best pokemon yes, but it was the hardest to train. The easiest was balbasaur

the easiest to level up is definetly zigzagoon. it levels up quick, and it has good defense too

For some reason, my Marowak on Fire Red Version seemed to level up so much faster than any others.. has anyone else found this with any pokemon?

Well, I've played all the gba pokemon games out there. I think starter pokemons are one of the easiest to train.

easiest pokemon to train?.....anyone, of course if you get it in a trade.....traded pokemon gain more exp. than the one you caught

probably the rare ones or the three starters (there att/def/pow are somewhat special compared to the common ones)... i know there is an item which u can equip your pokemon that can increase its exp earned. BUT... there's balance with the pokemon (elementals, strengths, weaknesses) so, it really depends with the situation your in that your pokemon may grow faster (i.e. leveling up pikachu in misty's gym - pika can kick misty's higher level water-types, thus giving pika an exp boost)
