i would say one of the starters, for me it would be Charmander, but the starters are your very first pokemon and if given the proper training, could be lvl 8 or 9 by the time you get a pokeball. And maybe since they are the first pokemon you get, it feels like its more special and i tend to use it more than my other pokemon (not saying i don't train either). but another great thing about starters is they learn good moves through out the game like Flamethrower, Hydro Pump, Solar Beam, etc.

Gotta say Gengar.(ghostly, haunter) Get levels didn't take a long time. It was my best pokemon in Gold, but couple days ago i turn my gbc and my save was gone :) ?

I forget where, but it says that bug types are the easiest to level so...I'm gonna go with them.

I WOULD SAY MY PIDGEOT AND MAyb SWELLOW i think most flying pokemon are easy to train cuz they can kill in one hit pretty fast :)

I found that Charmander from the beginning was pretty easy on Fire Red to level up. I had him at Level 41 before heading past Misty the Gym Leader. Mainly because she absolutely hammered me with Onyx the first time I played it! Hahaha.

it was dragonite for me i got him lvl 30-lvl 100 in 1 week by simply going to the elite four untill he was lvl 47 then goning to the cave with ultiment pokemon using him to kill enemy pokemon this time and last he was lvl 95 then used him to beat elite four himself.

Any pokemon who takes only 750000 exp to get to 100 is easy to train, but tend to be weaker those usually include bug pokemon and pokemon that don't evolve outside of legendaries.
