Link's Awakening introduced me to the Legend of Zelda series. And I have played it, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, The Wind Waker, The Minish Cap, and Twilight Princess.

For me it was Ocarina of Time. I watched the previews and for the first time, I thought a Zelda game actually looked nice. Afterwards, I played Link's Awakening for the old grey Game Boy, Oracle of Seasons or whatever for the GBC, A Link to the Past, and I'm currently playing Minish Cap. They're all pretty entertaining but my favorite remains the first one I've ever played.

I played a little bit of the original Zelda on the NES and hated it. Same with Zelda II. So I didn't play any again until Ocarina of Time. That instantly became one of my favorite games of all time, and I've played every one since including Link to the Past on the GBA.

Ocarina of Time is what really got my into it, but a link to the past was the one that introduced me to it.

The first Zelda game I played was Ocarina of Time, I loved the game! Since then I've played Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, Minish Cap, Twilight Princess and Oracle of ages & seasons. I'll probably get A Link to the Past's Rom in the next few days as I've heard that game is awesome.

The original, back in '87. I remember the shiny, gold cartridge, the (what's this?) battery save function and finding out after I'd finished it that there was a whole 'nother second quest to play if you entered "Zelda" as your save name. Awesome.

My first Zelda Game was OoT, which I bougt in 1998 and didn't complete it properly until last year. During that time, I have also played MM, LADX, WW, TMC and ALttP. Oh, and AoL, But I found it too hard and hated it.

The original Legend of Zelda for NESThat game is hands down one of the greatest games ever encased in a plastic cartridge.I played that game religiously when I was little. Legend of Zelda II: Link's Adventure was just hard and boring. Zelda just wasn't meant be a side scroller. Ocarina is realy good but it's so incredibly easy. No comparison to the challenge of the original. Link's Awakening for GB was really awsome too it actually was very challenging when compared to Link to the past which was long, but rather easy as well. And wind waker. ~sigh~ it was pretty fun for about 3 seconds. No challenge, crap story, and crap boss all in all crap. And Majora's Mask is the equivelant of a video labotamy.

I was first introduced to the world of Hyrule in...The Legend of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link.I loved the game, but it was so hard. Now I have it as a ROM and it's still incredible difficult. Of course, I haven't played it in a while. I should get back to that.I never played the original, and I've always wanted to. Perhaps I'll DL a rom for that as well.

The dorky commercials for The Legend of Zelda (on the NES) got me all fired up and eager to play the game. I was addicted when entering the first dungeon.
