I pretty much started with "Zelda - A Link to the Past"... although, back in the days, what we called it was more like "Link totte past"... yeah, we were young and knew almost nothing about english as a language...a friend had an nes with zelda 1&2, but i never really got to play it there, so that does not count for me...

A Link to the Past, since it came with my Super NES. Funny thing, though... I didn't understand how to play it, since I was like 5 when I first got it. The only games I knew how to play were Mario games and it was my first times playing a different genre.

Playing Ocarina of Time introduced me to the series. I have only played that one and Wind Waker, though.

Links Awakening (the original one). My brother borrowed it from a friend. At that time I was sick and played it all the time. Later I bought the DX version. I played most Zelda games but I prefer the 2D ones.

Well I first played the legend of Zelda Ocarina of time and is was the best game I had ever played and so I wanted to play all the different games.

I started with the original, what an incredible game at that time! Of course OOT I think matched it in terms of quality.

Link's awakening was the first game I played back in 1993 but it was Ocarina of time that got me hook.

I played the version for Gameboy. But what really got me started was Ocarina of Time for N64

Definitely the SNES one- A Link To The Past. That game was just epic, and I spent many a day watching my friends play, beat, re-beat, and overclock little Link. I'm just sad that I never bought it myself.

A link to the past hooked me on Zelda. I was at my friend's house and he started playing it and then talked to me about other games so I tryed them and they were awesome!

Mine was Link To The Past or Oracle of Ages. After I got n64 the only Zelda I really got to "play" was Majora's Mask.

WELL THIS IS A FUNNY STORY MY FRIEND HAD SEASONS RIGHT AND OK HE GOT STUCK IN IT SO HE NEVER WANTED TO PLAY IT AGAIN SO HE GAVE IT TO ME AND THE VERY FIRST SECOND I PLAYED IT I HAD TO HAVE MORE SO THERE YOU HAVE IT MY FIRST GAME WAS SEASONS WAHOO AND I STILL HAVE IT
