Outta the ones on the list, i'll go with paper mario. Haven't played the second one so i don't know about that. But my favorite mario game is yoshi's island. The platforming elements were great.

You really need an "Every Mario Game" option because I love them all. XDBut really my favourites would have to be SM64, MK64 and SMS... Gotta love mario in 3D.

I love Super Mario Sunshine because of its unique setting, vibrant visuals , storyline and gameplay. It the brightest game around!

Mario 64, because it's my second favorite Mario game next to Super Mario World, which isn't on the list. Mario 64 was just such an amazing leap from 2d to 3d, and it's still one of the best Marios ever in my opinion.

I didn't like mario sunshine because the brightness hurts my when I advanced through the game. Didn't try paper mario: thousand year door yet. So right now, I'd have to go with mario 64. I'm waiting for the new mario galaxy to come out.
