They are getting easier. While almost impossible to die, they're also really straightforward. At least Okami's bosses were still hard, even if you couldn't die.

Having completed Twilight Princess I thought that the bosses kind of lack the edge from the other games. Its kinda obvious how you defeat them to, clever but easy.

I thought that the two shadow like monsters near the start of the game after meeting Zelda were hard. They kept reviving each other. x__X But I haven't played it since, since I rented it. xP

Hm...? I never noticed. Then again...the only bosses I have trouble with...were because I am oblivious to the most simple bosses. XD((Windwaker: Fighting Gohma. COMPLETELY forgot about the grappling hook for about half-an-hour until I clued in. XD ))

those shadows monsters are very common through the game since by killing them you get the option to teleport tothat spot.and yes the bosses were way to easy and nintendo should just let you choose the level of difficulty before you start the game.

I agree but also disagree. In the older games they were hard but easy. The most of the bossses were easy but link wasn't the best to ove around and stuff. The later games you had more stufff and you could move around better and stuff like that. They left the bosses the same way so now they seem easy when they were just evil or easy.

Yes.. Bosses and enemies are getting way to easy. I hope there is more of a challenge in the next Zelda game.

the bosses in the non 3d games were easier I think, you had less to worry about being hit. TP might have easy bosses, but then if u think that I suggest OoT

I had so much trouble beating the last couple bosses in the A Link to the Past for my gameboy, and ya OoT was hard, Wind Waker not so much. Haven't completed TP yet.

I never considered TP to really be part of the Zelda series. They removed too much and added such diminutive amount of stuff. I liked the horseback battles even though they could have added more towards that. The AI for the bosses was lacking, especially. The fact that you couldn't get ice or fire arrows was a big down-er and the game needed more types of swords, or at least techniques. I could go on for pages but still a great game.

I agree the bosses are getting easier.......I beat gannandorf in TP on like my first turn and he's meant to be the last boss. They are really easy now.

I agree, actually. Sadly, the bosses aren't even hard to figure out anymore. I look at the shiny item I got in the dungeon, look at the boss, and I can easily put 2 and 2 together. There's also the whole "They rarely do more than 1/4 a heart" thing. That's pretty bad, too. Then again, I don't like ridiculously hard bosses either. They break my controllers.Edit: To who said the final boss was easy on TP, that's a trend in video games these days. Final bosses are almost always pushovers as of late.

Absolutly, the first boss in the forest temple on twilight princess can never even hit you if you stay as far back as possible, theres no challenge in a boss that can't hit you. In orcarina of time they would chase you untill you were defeated.

I don't think Zelda is on a downslide. It's still one of the best franchises out there.BUT, I would agree with this topic. The bosses were farily easy. I only found the Dragon and the Arbiters ground boss difficult. And the Dragon only because I had no idea what I was doing.

Well, I would agree that the 3D Zeldas have been getting easier... In terms of difficulty, Majora's mask seemed to have been the high point. Now, for the 2D Zeldas, I think that they've been around the same difficulty for a long time. I'd love to see some really tough inventive boss battles in the next 3D Zelda, otherwise I think it'll just be another time when I feel "all dressed up with no where to go" or in other words that I spend a lot of time mastering all these abilities only for the challenges to fail to live up to them.

I think that Twilight Princess isn't that difficult. I mean, they're good and everything but compared to something like the first two Zelda's or Majora's Mask, Twilight Princess is rather easy. Wind Waker's bosses were so so easy. It got almost boring to me. Anyway, I still love Zeldas and the stories remain great, which is most important to me.
