definatly keep it going cause so far there is no game which can replace pokemon there are better but just not the same and not capable of making u want to throw the pokemon game away

pokemon games i think will keep going until they have to repeat repeated games. ppl will get very angry playing a game they've already played, twice. then there will be nomore pokemon, but until then play ur hearts out.

Consumer wise, sure. Pokemon games are time-consuming and addicting, perfect for somebody at a boring seminar with nothing but a gameboy in their back pocket. For the company, no. More pokemon games means that they have to make more pokemon, so they have to bring in more people to voice the show, they have to make more merchandise, and once they make a game so soon, the consumers will be demanding another game in the same amount of time.

Yes because after Diamond and Pearl the creators will have a hard time creating a new game and they're running out of ideas

Yes, I think they should. And by new, I mean I don't think they've made a truly new one since the first two (red and blue). They just rehash everything and wrap it in better graphics and more pokemon.
