I really enjoyed Red and Blue, the originals, but those came out when I was in about 4th grade I believe.There are so many new ones that it'd be hard to keep up - recently I've set a goal to beat all the RPG's I haven't on the Game Boy, so I began Ruby the other day (which I've been hated on about every day since for by my friends. It was supposed to be secretive).It's very hard to defend playing Pokemon when you're 18, even if it's true that it has more strategy than Final Fantasy and is more or less the same game, just with monsters that fight each other instead of people.

A new Pokemon game would only work if they just ditch this whole separate version spiel, and actually make it so that one version = all pokemon. Quite a hassle way back when, when there weren't many people playing it. That and the kid that did have a copy, had the same copy as you.To make a better Pokemon game, I would think they should take some ideas from Digimon and DQM:Joker, combine it, and add a Pokemon flair to make it good. Only reasonable outcome I can think of.

unless the new game is going to be an mmo or something, i would have to say "please dont make any more pokemon...." there are already to many to remember as it is x_X

Well the last thing they really have to do is bring the Johto saga to the latest generation. True, we can catch most of the Johto Pokemon in Fire/Leaf, but we really need a remake of Gold/Silver/Crystal to bring the series full circle. It's also based on what happens in the anime. If the anime continues on to a new land then another Pokemon game will surely follow.

It wouldn't matter if you wanted them to or not, the pokemon games are as unstoppable as freaking Mario Party, you get them whether you want them or not.

They should only make a new game only if it's going to be better than Gold/Silver/Crystal, because they were by far the best, and that's why I'm still playing them

They made a ton of pokemon games. Why not keep adding on to the numbers till they run out of passable colors~! Unless they start mixing cloros then that might take a lot longer.

Yes, they should make new pokemon games. I am a loyal and fan of pokemon and have played almst all the games of pokemon.I think they should only because I am a long time supporter of pokemon and I really love the games.

I want to see Gold and Silver remakes. What I want though, is for them to add a new region, Hoenn and allow a veteran mode. This would work that if you have either FR/LG or R/S/E in the GBA slot, and you've beaten the Elite 4. You can play as Red in Johto, and all the trainers are higher leveled. All the games you start from scratch, I want a game where I can take my team to a new world and fight new opponents.

I mean making a new pokemon game is a good idea but is it going to be as fun and creative as the other? I mean i personally do not like the repetitive background story... I mean take Pokemon Ruby n Saphire for example... They both have the same story and pokemon and i don't seem to find the difference between them and some people buy both version for some odd reason...

Honestly, I think even the MONSTER Pokemon franchise has worn out its welcome. Sure, we get it ok? Catch a Pokemon, fight other Pokemon, catch a Pokemon, fight some dumb guy in a 'Gym', catch another Pokemon. If they make another Pokemon, they need to do something to take it into another direction. Why not create a fully 3d immersive RPG game for the Wii? The Wii has the capabilities, and just imagine what they could do with Nintendo's Wi-Fi connection? This would probably be the right time, and the last chance to change the Pokemon formula up a bit, before people move on to another 'trendy' fad game. Nintendo, its your move!

they seem to just invent new pokemon every time they let out a new game. The first 151 were the best ever. they need a game wwith the old pokemon on NDS or GBA or something with great graphics and completely renew everything. forget the old battle styles and maybe even the gyms and just go on a quest.

i think they shud make a pokemon game for wii and ds like the same and u can play it in full 3d at home then save and play the same file on ur ds but it is prob 2 complicated
