id say Thrill Kill, i believe it was for the psone, lots of violence, more than any mortal kombat, and sick characters, because the graphics were so realistic they banned it...my friend has a copy...the fighting is total crap but it still is brutal

Brutal? can't really say since there are quite a few which are brutal. Also I haven't really seen anything that has been overly gory to me as of late, as in horribly tortured, disfigured cut-over julienne style, peeled skin, skewered eyeballs, gushed out rib cages and spilled out half eaten intestines...If I see a game that has that, it's got my vote for the most brutal game in existance.

It seems that no one here have never heared of Soldier of Fortune, Blade of Darkness, Die by the Sword or C&C (The pain of those soldiers when they are burning is really brutal)

Manhunt...hands down that game was one of the most "brutal". I had to actually turn that game off. I've got a strong resistance when it comes to the level of violence... but that, that was just wrong in every single way. That is one of the only games that I personally wouldn't get due to it's violent nature. That game sickens me to the core. And I hate it.Well later... B)

Soldier Of Fortune 1 / 2 for sure, graphic wise- Also, Postal 2 - pouring petrol on someone then lighting them up ? Shooting elephants so they trample a marching band ? *grin*All in good fun..

Manhunt is the most brutal game, i reckon, because it was not even allowed into NZ legally, whereas all the other games mentioned here were.
