oh my God.....its so wrong.....how can you people talk about gore, and not mention one game....one game that should have been mentioned long before now....CARMAGEDDON!the ultimate in gore and violence. maybe im just an old-timerbtw, Duke Nukem 3D at 6 yrs old!!!!!!!i was 14 when i first played duke, memories for life at knowing what it feels like to blow a body apart with an RPG.

I have to say Postal 2 because i think its the most f###ed up game i ever seen.Im sorry for the brutal word but thats the only way to describe the game.

The most brutal game I have ever seen is Thrill Kill, although I don't think it was ever released. I saw a preview thing for it in a magazine.

the silent hill series its the bloodiest game ive ever seen and that includs the one where you run around killing babies you know sloter house i also think silent hill games are also one of the best game series ever

Tao feng fist of the lotus! Every move you do winds up with some crunching noises and you can shatter people's bones like it's nothing and dislocate any part of the body... well almost...It is on xbox so you playstation 2 fans missed out on something good...

severance i think very brutal u can slice and dice the body parts of ur enemy and and pick up there heads if u cut the head the way blood comes out its really cool a must play game

i would have to say any fighting games like Mortal Kombat and zombie games like Resident Evil, etc. Sometimes i am amazed at how much blood the characters shoot out of their bodies. Still pretty cool tho
