i like warcraft better because of dota but i was also playing warcraft 2 when i was little it was my favourite game aswell as command and conquer

obviously starcraft...it's so incredibly balanced and it is believed to be among the best rts ever...one they added the expansion, it was the perfect game.

I agree with what others have said...Warcraft has had new games recently and Starcraft hasn't.BUT once Starcraft 2 come out i think it will be more popular by far than Warcraft 3 is now, namely because Starcraft blends 3 distinct races and they duke it out where as Warcraft 3 really feels like it has 2 distinct races in the game and 2 more for the hell of it to make it interesting. i more than likely will be wrong with that last part of the statement but that is what the night elves and undead feel like, night elves have some of what the terrans can do (pick up and move on) and undead is like the zerg for massing only they raise the dead instead of creating units.yeah so looking forward to Starcraft 2 coming out to kick Warcraft 3 in the rear and show what a revised old classic can really do.

Starcraft is fun if playing like amazing turret or like paintball and melee mapsbut Warcraft is better for custom made maps and dota

I prefer Warcraft, because of the whole thing happening in the medieval times. I'd always like knights, and orcs, and archers... ^^

I agree. I've only played with warcraft and watched others played starcraft. It's quite a competition, but warcraft is so neat! Everything is easier to see. =]warcraft because the game is wonderful
