I also dislike short game. Even though short game are packed with action and all it's just not satisfying just to play like 5mins and win plus short games dont really have a story in it, the story is what usually makes the game most interesting. :)

Yeh, it's definately about replay value. Two short games I have are Warioware: Touched! and Elite Beat Agents and I play EBA a hell of a lot more than WW:T!

I don't really mind a short game if it has a lot of replay value. I think I'd rather a short game, rather than an extremely long game. By the end of a really long game, I get to the point where I just want it to end.

Hmm, lets see, who honestly would buy a game that they know they can beat it in a day at the most? Either that or they didn't know how short the game is. Now to answer your question, my favorite long game has to be the Kingdom Hearts series.

Yes I agree with the Replay value... Lots of my friends still play MKDS after having it for ages... Though short games are annoying, Long games can be very repetitive so I don't really finish them...

I don't have any particular problem with short games. It can be frustrating to pay for something and have it last merely a few hours, but if that few hours is spent with a great game then it's acceptable. A great but short game is better than a 40 hour slog through some meandering RPG.
