I agree completely who say that anime has better graphics and whatnot, but sometimes i just wanna sit back and watch a trippy cartoon. or the "non-kid" cartoons. like king of the hill, family guy, futurama, simpsons. but that's just my personal opinion.

Anime, for the most part, is terribly drawn, there are only a select few animes that actually take the time and do really great animation (same deal with american cartoons, but at least they don't pretend it's not true.)

I prefer animes. Cartoons tend to lack plot, or good character design, in my opinion - although there are also some very good cartoons out there, as much as there's also pretty crappy animes.

that depends...i like mangas better if the drawings and the storyline are better than that of the cartoons, but cartoons are okay, except they tend to mess up the plot and stuff.

I used to love cartoons, but now everything is made for children on TV, TV is so ****** now... I used to love "The Oblongs", "Mission Hill", "Undergrads", "Clone High" and lately I've been watching "Robot Chicken". I have always loved "Family Guy" and "The Simpsons", is it annoying having all the cartoon titles in quotes? I don't watch anime, I don't like it.

mine is Anime..and so far I like both Bleach and naruto(including Shippuden)...there bothe are a tie for me they both are very interestin...and its crazy the way they fight in the show.The one in the Shadows, Zero

I probably watch more cartoons because that's what is on the TV when I actually sit down to watch it, but I perfer Anime much more than I do cartoons.

Cartoons. I don't really like anime, I don't know why, maybe because every anime I've watched has violence.
