A honorable moment for me is a bit ironic. In Gold, while going to Mr. Pokemon's house, i found a shiny weedle! Unfortunatly, it was in between the time when the Pokemart had no pokeballs...

my most memorable moment was when i completed the pokemon ruby with all playable events, the battle tower gifts, get all TM, get all master contest wins, etc. WITHOUT cheating...except for completing the pokedex. hehe

Running into a shiny Zubat. (Not that Zubat is the first shiny I've encountered, nor was it the first shiny Zubat I ran into. It's my most memorable moment because my Sapphire with my first Shiny Zubat was stolen.)

Mine was seeing a shiny poocheyana at the beginning of ruby i was so angry, they are really rare.

the 1st time i caught all of them, went to the guy that tells you to go to him after you finish,and found out that all you get is a stupid Certificate that says that you caught them all.You also need the Game Boy Printer to print it out.... and I didnt even bother to buy it.as the title says... What is your most memorable moment while playing Pokemon, regardless of which version you have played. Mine was definately the first time I caught Mewtwo.

Oh wow, I did that too! Little level 8 or something bellsprout almost killed himself with struggle. ;( Huzzah for stupid AI!Other than that it would be getting Diamond. I had been planning on buying it for a while, but I couldn't afford it, then one day my roommate comes home and gives me a copy! She got a bear tackle. :xThis is definatly pretty crazy- My friend beat his rival's venasaur with a bell sprout (venasaur only used poison powder)

(POKEMON Sapphire)I was pLaying Safari zone looking for Pikas for light ball, then I Ran To This Shiny Girafarig without knowing it's shiny, I Decided To Catch It Cause I Don't have one yet aND CAUGHT IT IN ONE THROWThen My Friend told me It Was Shiny!So I Traded It For a Venosaur holding a light ball.
